Meeting Location and Directions

Location

The 2009-10 Annual Industrial Affiliates meeting will be held in the Paul G. Allen Center for Computer Science & Engineering. The meeting will begin on October 29th in the Bill & Melinda Gates Commons (CSE Room 691) at 8:45 am with a continental breakfast and a welcome and overview of the research day. Presentations will begin at 9:30 am.

Visitor Parking

Stop at the gatehouse as you enter the campus and tell the attendant that you are attending a meeting in the CSE department and have "arranged parking under the CSE INDUSTRIAL AFFILIATES MEETING". The department will be billed directly for parking. However, should something go wrong with this procedure, pay the parking fee of $15, and see Kay Beck-Benton at the meeting, who will provide you with a reimbursement sticker. The attendant will give you a campus map and assign you a parking spot.
