4. Charles Simonyi Graphics and Imaging Laboratory (Second Floor)

The Charles Simonyi Graphics and Imaging Laboratory is a three-room complex that includes a computer graphics lab, a video editing room, and a "graphic arts" room. Here is where art meets computer science, and imagination and technology merge to produce amazing creations. Faculty and students collaborate on research projects ranging from digital humans to surface light fields, environment matting and compositing, and rapid prototyping of character animation.
