Directions: Take the elevators on the east corridor to the sixth floor. The entrance to the Commons is on the main hallway to the right as you exit the elevator. Before you visit there, take a minute to get a bird's eye view of the Atrium. Notice that the Atrium skylight has a glass pattern that allows in ample light but reduces glare and heat from the summer sun.

5. Bill & Melinda Gates Commons (Sixth Floor)

The Bill & Melinda Gates Commons is a wonderful room with floor to ceiling windows and stunning views over Husky Stadium, Lake Washington, and the Cascade Mountains. In this space CSE will hold seminars, faculty meetings, technical conferences, and social gatherings. The Commons is fully equipped with several data projectors, a large-screen plasma TV, and surround-sound. The attached kitchen allows easy provision of food and beverages for meetings and events. We hope you will have a chance to attend events here.

Be sure to step outside to the Alberg Terrace. It's the next tour stop and offers even more sweeping views.
