Directions: Cross the fifth floor skybridge from the west to the east side of the Atrium. At the end of the skybridge on your left is another informal, open gathering area. This one features an outdoor balcony. Follow the hall extending straight ahead (east) from the skybridge to to see a faculty office on the east end of the building.

Faculty Offices

Open skybridges on four levels connect the Allen Center and the Electrical Engineering building — crossroads to promote easy access. The skybridges also give a great view over the cafe and the comings and goings in the Atrium.

Faculty offices are typically 160 square feet. Postdocs, visiting scientists, and staff members share similar quarters. Office spaces are arranged in flexible, mix and match configurations of furniture to suit the individual needs of occupants. We all love our new offices, which have big windows and nice views.

Faculty offices on the upper floors of the east side of the building have great views over Lake Washington.
