April 25. The Lisp quiz is now scheduled for Friday, May 7.
Go to the quizzes and exams information page for a list of the topics
to be covered.

April 17.  The master copy of the Lisp reading material was
delivered today to Professional Copy at the corner of University
Way and NE 42nd St.  They expect to have the first batch of
copies ready tomorrow (Sunday) in case anyone wants to get a
head start on the Lisp reading.  Cost is around $12-13.

April 16. Kudos to everybody who demonstrated animation
programs today. Lots of great work!  And thanks for doing all
the peer evaluations. Code for this assignment is due by 12:15
(right before class) on Monday, zipped up and emailed to
Jeremy.

April 16. Monday's quiz will cover a few things about syntax and
lots of object-oriented programming and Java topics.  See the
quizzes and exams web page for details.

April 15. Special lateness policy for Assignment J2: The
assignment remains due on April 16 as before.  If you cannot
meet the requirements of the option you have chosen by that
time, you should do the following: (1) participate fully in the
peer evaluation process except instead of demoing your
program, show some of your code and explain what it is
supposed to do, (2) sign up to give a demo of your program on
Monday morning. (a signup sheet will be available during the
Friday demo period in the lab). Your maximum possible score on
J2 will be reduced by 10 percent.  Additional lateness reductions
would come into effect for programs not successfully completed
by Monday morning.

Here are the results of running the SuperShow/ExtendShow java
example in class.
