Soldier of Fortune by James Howard and Steven Stein Hand built models of an HK69 grenade launcher, HK69 ammo, and a field scope are placed on a wooden table backed up against a brick wall. A mirror (canted downward slightly so that part of the image reflects in it) is on the wall. Battle plans, presumably tacked up on the wall by the soldier of fortune who keeps this little back alley cubby hole also adorn the wall. The brick wall is dimly lit from the front by a directional light, and the table is illuminated by both a directional light and a point light from above Effects used: Texture mapping is used on most of the surfaces Antialiasing plus everything else that the standard raytracer can do It took about 45 minutes to render @ 900px on a 2ghz G5.
