"Who am I? Why am I here?"
-- James Stockdale,
Unsuccessful 1992 Vice-Presidential Candidate

Larry Snyder Hi! I'm Larry Snyder, and I'm an Emeritus Professor here at UW in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. ("Emeritus" is Latin for "retired, but still kicking.") My major interest, now, is developing courses and textbooks that teach Computer Science and Information Technology that all people should know to live in the 21st Century. I developed the Computer Fluency course (CSE100/Info100) and am working with many others on this new course, CSE120 Computer Science: Principles. It will be fun! Check out my home page.

Some of the stuff we do for assignments and projects in this class has turned out to be cool. These are links to some of my favorites.
