Syanrio Problem (fwd)

It seems that synario looks for BINARY.INI file while loading the
schematic. This file is supposed to be in the C:\TEMP directory.However it
appears that this file is present in the "hwdapps on V:". I suggest you
copy the binary.ini file from this drive to C:\TEMP (which you should be
able to). This should (hopefully) solve the problem

In Synario, whenever I try to create a New Block Symbol (as stated in the
tutorial), I get the following error message:

Can't Find BINARY.INI in TEMP Directory. Run SCS Executive.

Can you tell me how I can fix this? Thanks.
