I've reposted an updated assignment #4 (low-fi prototype) as someone noticed a reference to "video prototypes", which you did not do in this class. The Assignments page has been updated and is now live throughout the site on the left navigation bar (you can look for assignments and deadlines there as well as on the lecture schedule page).

We've eliminated the contextual inquiry part of assignment #3. Get the updated assignment, meet with your team and get started.

Please read Chapters 1 of the Design of Sites by van Duyne, et. al. by the end of Tuesday. This is your required course textbook. Please purchase it if you haven't already. The Amazon.com price is probably the best you will get for it new (please make sure to get the second edition).

Our first lecture will be Tuesday, April 1st in MGH 271. Note that due to complicated travel, I will be missing this lecture, but you will be taken well care of by experienced graduate students who have worked with me int his area for years.
I'll be available online.
Together we will get you started on projects and when I return we should be flying.
