"Low-Power CMOS Digital Design," by Chandrakasan, Sheng, and Brodersen.
"Minimizing Power Consumption in Digital CMOS Circuits," by Chandrakasan and Broderson.

Week 5 (10/27): Aldrich
"Low-Power Processor Design," by Gonzalez.

Week 6 (11/3): Lee
"High-Level Power Estimation," by Landman.

Week 7 (11/13): talk by Trevor Pering
"Dynamic Voltage Scaling and the Design of a Low-Power Microprocessor System," by Pering, Burd, and Brodersen.
Class does not meet on 11/10, but read his papers. The other paper is "Energy Efficient CMOS Microprocessor Design," by Burd and Brodersen.
