It seems someone stole my idea of a great way to make fun of our leaders!! But that just made the picture funnier and easier to make.

Creating the Final Image

After applying the masks to both Bush and Cheney, resizing the images and then placing them in reasonable positions I got this image:

Next I did some blending of the image and the background to eliminate the remnants of the former world leaders and to make the image look more believable.

This gave me the final image shown below.
