Kasper Elior Halevy: Pictures of months 3 and 4

Back to my homepage

Quite a bit of time passed since the web site was updated, and lots happened. I moved to a new house (I now live in Los Altos), and I grew a lot. I started smiling (that's kind of fun) and coo-ing and otherwise making many sounds of happiness.

Most importantly, I decided to show my love to my parents. They gave me the gift of life, so I decided, less than 4 months into business here, to give them the gift of sleep. I now sleep through the night! I can't guarantee that this will continue on a regular basis, but I'm trying my best.

Here is some of what I've been up to lately, Click on any of these to see the full-sized image.

To everyone's amusement, I started smiling. It's kind of nice to see people's reaction when I smile at them. Seems like I make their day. This is my first smile recorded on camera:

Over time, I've become good at this, and now I can even giggle (soon I'll also google, just give me time!)

My sister and I like to spend time together. Sometimes she entertains me with her books

and at other times, she tries to be like me:

And then, we both try to compete for the attention resources in the house. My popo is especially good with us:

I've also taken a liking this baby bjorn contraption. My dad carries me around with it quite a bit:

Flowers. My dad bought them for my mom. Nice, no?

I celebrated my first Chinese New Year. As you can see, everyone around me was busy eating away, and I did my best not to disturb:

I was busy looking appropriately red for the occasion:

Now I want to discuss a very serious issue with you, a life changing event. We're talking about the concept of a chocolate fountain. My mom, bless her heart, picked one up at Costco a few weeks ago, and we tried it out at home. I am not joking -- this is a real chocolate fountain.

You can dip anything you want in it, and it gets coated with chocolate pretty quickly. And yes, we tried broccoli too.

As you can see, my sister was in seventh heaven:

And I was simply looking at the thing in complete awe! I think this will profoundly affect my childhood (and will probably buy me many friends down the line!)

Finally, I spent much of my time exercising, being my sweet self and giving deep looks all over. Here are a few.

As usual, make sure you bug my dad to update this web site soon!
