My summer life outside of school revolves primarily around Kickball. Yes, that's the same elementary school game that you remember, know, and love. I am the team captain for Smack My Pitch Up, and the pitcher for Team Hugeballs. If you're interested in kickball in Seattle or Portland, check out Underdog Kickball. My favorite winter activity outside of school is snowboarding. Growing up in Colorado, I usually went to Monarch, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge.
I also love driving my '96 Mustang Cobra. The Cobras are the top-of-the-line Mustang made by the Ford Special Vehicle Teams (SVT). The car came from the factory with 305 HP, a tuned suspension, and some incredibly strong brakes. My philosophy is that anything you have to deal with every day is something you should enjoy. I'm in my car every day, and I love it.
Finally, I also like to make desserts. Below is one of my best, called
BerryMisu. It's a variation of Tiramisu, but tastes great. I actually
melted Ghirardelli chocolate and made palm leaves that stuck up in the
back. |
