Driving directions:

From far north:
  1. Take I-5 south
  2. Take the 520 East exit, as if you were going to Bellevue or Redmond
  3. Take the Montlake exit (it's the first exit)
  4. Turn right on 24th Ave E at the end of the ramp
  5. Follow the main road as it winds around, goes up a big hill, and turns into 23rd Ave
  6. Cross E Madison St (big intersection)
  7. Just after the Safeway on the right, take a right on E Olive St
  8. Take a left on 21st Ave
  9. It's about halfway down the block on the left side

From far south:
  1. Take I-5 north
  2. Take the Madison St exit (it's a weird series of ramps, just follow the signs)
  3. Take a right on Madison St, drive for a few miles
  4. Pass Madison Market and Trader Joe's on the left, then in a couple of lights ...
  5. Take a right on E Olive St. At the same light you can take a hard right on 20th or a shallow right on Olive.
  6. Take a right on 21st Ave
  7. It's about halfway down the block on the left side
From east of Lake Washington (I-90):
Take I-90 west, then I-5 north, and follow the directions from the south

From east of Lake Washington (520):
Take 520 west, follow the directions from the north from step 3.
It's a little hard to go south on 24th Ave coming from the east on 520. The ramp only lets you go north, so you have to turn around somehow.
