I am a postdoc researcher at the GRAIL Lab, University of Washington. I am working with Steve Seitz and Brian Curless.

Before I joined UW, I was a PhD student at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My PhD advisors were Marc Pollefeys and Jan-Michael Frahm

My research interests include 3D reconstruction, feature detection, and GPGPU for Computer Vision. Here is my resume.

Our CVPR2012 paper: Schematic Surface Reconstruction

Open Source Softwares

Multicore Bundle Adjustment for GPU and CPU
SIFT on GPU (SiftGPU)
Viewpoint Invariant Patch (VIP)
Repetitive Structure Detection
Repetition-based Dense Reconstruction

VisualSFM : A Visual Structure from Motion System

VisualSFM is a fast SfM system that integrates SiftGPU and Multicore Bundle Adjustment. Some other projects are also partially included.
