Welcome

Erik

I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Washington. I am a member of the Center for Game Science, GRAIL, and dub, and my research advisor is Zoran Popović. My research focuses on techniques for the design and analysis of educational video games. I also take classes in the Technical Japanese Program.

I received my MS from the University of Washington and BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I worked with Dinesh Manocha and Ming Lin and was a member of GAMMA. I have also been an NSF Graduate Fellow, a visiting researcher in the Igarashi User Interface Lab at the University of Tokyo, and an exchange student at the National University of Singapore.
