Important information

The workshop is limited to about 35 people because of funding.  Please read the logistics below.  If you are going to the workshop and STOC in Victoria you must arrange your own transportation to Seattle and from Victoria (open jaw).  The trip from Seattle to Victoria is part of the workshop package, unless you opt out.   We will fly by chartered seaplane from Lake Union in Seattle to Victoria harbor, which is a short walk to the hotel.

Be sure to post your preliminary ideas for a nugget to http://theorymatters.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Visioning.Nuggets or send to tcsvisions@gmail.com.

Registration

You will receive an e-mail with your on-line registration URL.  Please register before April 11, 2008 to keep your place in the workshop.   Meals will be provided on Saturday the 17th.  Hotels provide a breakfast and all other meals will be provided at the workshop.

Upon arrival in Seattle we will arrange for Shuttle Express to take you to one of two hotels, the University Inn or the Watertown.  We will register you at one of the hotels and let you know later which one. We will ask for your flight information at a later date so that we can arrange the shuttles to the hotel.
  3. We will shuttle you to UW at 8:30 on the 17th.
  4. We will arrange for you to fly by chartered seaplane from Lake Union in Seattle to the Victoria Harbor at the end of workshop. We will provide van service to Lake Union.
