My current research interests include Automated Usability Evaluation, Demonstrational Interfaces, Ubiquitous Computing, User Interface Design Tools, Design Patterns, and Web Design. I have written a summary of my research in these areas over the last 11 years. You can also check out my Publications to see an even more consie listing of what we have accomplished.

My design-oriented HCI research is guided by an iterative design process. This work can be broken down into design methods, design tools, infrastructure, evaluation tools, and applications.
