Public transit is convenient and reliable and takes about 1 hour between the university and the airport.
There is a regular Shuttle Express pickup ($21/person): McMahon Hall at 15 & 45 min. past the hour, and Lander, Mercer, and Terry Halls at 20 & 50 min. past the hour. Reservations are recommended but not required. The trip is scheduled to take 45 minutes.
Driving takes about 25 minutes (allow 60 minutes during rush hour). Note that some rental car companies are located conveniently on airport property, but others are off-site, so you will need to take their shuttle bus and allow extra time (30 minutes is more than enough).
