Ernst and Cat Howell.

- No, I'm not a rabbi.
- No, I'm not giving up my day job. (As was observed, it's
only current and former students who have asked me to officiate at
their weddings, so if I gave up my day job, I wouldn't actually have
anything to do!)
- In Massachusetts, I officially officiated and signed the license,
under a special
one-day authorization.
- In Vancouver, I unofficially officiated -- but it felt the same to
me in both cases!
- I did indeed wear a tuxedo on both occasions.
