I am currently a second year Ph.D. student in Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington.
My advisor is Dan Suciu and I am also a member of the
Database group and the Theory group at UW. Prior to coming to UW, I received my Diploma from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in Greece and also completed a M.Sc. Degree in Logic, Algorithms and Computation (MPLA) at the University of Athens. My research interests lie in the field of theoretical computer science, with applications on database theory. Presently, my research focuses on theoretically modeling computations in the MapReduce framework. I am also involved in a project on pricing relational data. You can find my CV here. |
