I am a software engineer at Google and an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Washington. I enjoy working on problems in computer vision, graphics and machine learning with a particular interest in matters related to numerical optimization and linear algebra.

In the past, I was a postdoc in the Graphics and Imaging Laboratory at University of Washington, a graduate student at University of California, San Diego, where I was a member of the Computer Vision Laboratory and an undergraduate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
