Technically, this was not a trivial shot. The flower was on a tree, and it was a little challenging to compose the frame to isolate a single flower. The exposure was also not straightforward because of the light subject and the dark background. The photo was shot hand-held with a fast shutter speed and a large aperture. I used Photoshop to further darken part of the background to avoid distraction.
