The Baxter Computer Engineering Laboratory (Baxter Lab) - also known as the "Hardware Lab" - is used by students of various hardware-intensive courses in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Washington. It is located in Room 003 of the Paul Allen Center for Computer Science and Engineering at the UW campus in Seattle.
The Baxter Lab is populated with 35+ lab workstations augmented by state-of-the-art digital and embedded computer hardware / software development equipment. PC's are pre-loaded with contemporary development software. Development kits are available to students containing hardware to facilitate development on popular microcontroller and programmable logic platforms.
Award-winning examples of past projects are available for viewing in Microsoft Windows Media Format.
