To have your password reset on your UNIX or Windows accounts, either
- stop by CSE 101 (the CSE reception desk), pick up a lost password
form from the receptionist, and fill out and leave the form with the
receptionist, or
- send a request to support .
Later the same day or at the very latest the next day pick up your new
password from the reception desk. You will need to show your photo-ID
at that time.
If it is not possible for you to get to CSE 101 before you need to
access your accounts, you may be able to get the information via a
phone call. After sending a request to support, your password will be
reset and the information will be left at the CSE reception desk, as
described above. You must then call your account sponsor or student
advisor, who will relay the information to you.
