Current and Recent Projects:

The majority of my work at UW CSE falls into the following categories:

• Distance learning and collaboration technologies, mainly focused around educational technology for the UW CSE Professional Masters Program
• Web and data infrastructure

Additionally, over the last decade, I've worked on a set of open source projects with an eduational technology flavor, including:

• ConferenceXP, a platform for real-time collaboration. I am currently the project manager.
• Classroom Presenter, a TabletPC-based distributed presentation system.
• ConferenceXP Windows Media Archive Transcoder:  Tools to post-process ConferenceXP Archive Service data for streaming and off-line use.
• ConferenceXP to Windows Media Gateway: Live streaming and archiving tool for ConferenceXP classes and meetings.
• ConferenceXP WebViewer: Integrated ConferenceXP archive playback with slides, ink annotations and table of contents.
