XFORM and Lisp
(Web Under Construction)
The XFORM language has three components: The transformation language
(based on a small subset of Common Lisp),
the Image processing interface functions (which offer access to the graphical user interface and the optimized image processing operations),
and Common Lisp, as implemented in the XLISP-STAT release for Windows
(developed by Luke Tierney at the Univ. of Minnesota, building on
the XLISP system of David Betz).
User of XFORM can restrict themselves to the little transformation
language, or they can combine all three parts of the language to
get the most expressive power and create the most powerful
programs.
