In Person Fair

Thursday, October 2, 2025
11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The HUB Ballroom

This exciting event allows you to meet UW Allen School students and alumni who are interested in networking and actively looking for jobs or internships. Join us for this essential component of your recruiting plan!

From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the fair is only open to UW Allen School (CSE) students; after that, students in related majors can attend.

Evening with Industry

Tuesday, October 7, 2025,
5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
The HUB Lyceum

A new event aimed at connecting Engineering and Computer Science students with internship or full-time opportunities. Following a pre-event networking session, two industry representatives will sit down with six students for dinner, allowing for deeper connections than the career fair.

Requires company registration.

Virtual Fair

Thursday, October 16, 2025
11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Virtual via Handshake

This virtual event allows you the opportunity to connect with UW Allen School students and alumni (via video/chat). This is a can’t-miss piece of your recruiting plan, and is open to all majors and years of study, including alumni, of all three UW campuses.

This fair will be hosted on Handshake.

The Industry Affiliate Fall Recruiting Fairs are organized and hosted by the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, company participation is limited to recruiters from the Allen School’s Industry Affiliate partners and to students majoring in Computer Science or Computer Engineering at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering on the University of Washington campus.
