The CSE ugrad lab windows machines have Eclipse and the Android Development Tools Plugin installed, or you can use your own machine.

The following book is a useful reference for Android programming: Ed Burnette, Hello, Android: Introducing Google's mobile development platform, Pragmatic Bookshelf, 2008. There is a copy on reserve in the Engineering library for the course (call number QA76.76.A65 B867 2008).

Autumn Quarter Short Course

We had a short course in the autumn for students who will be in the capstone, so that everyone has a running start. The first session was an introduction to the capstone and to disabilities; the remaining ones were on Android programming.
