Our students are our most valuable resource. We strongly encourage our affiliate companies to recruit our students and similarly encourage our students to take a close look at the opportunities offered by our affiliates.
The second day of our affiliates meeting -- Wednesday, February 28 -- is devoted to recruiting. There will be a drop-in recruiting session in the West Ballroom of the HUB from 11:00am to 4:00pm, which undergraduates and graduate students who are looking for coop positions, internships, part-time, and/or full-time employment will visit. We provide a series of tables in the room, on/around which your posters and other information can be displayed. We also have a few private rooms reserved for interviewing individual students one-on-one.
Before the meeting, we will advertise to our students the companies that will be taking part in the recruiting session. As in the past, we expect that a large majority of our students will attend the recruiting session to meet our members and find out about available opportunities.
We strongly recommend that you review the online student resumes we've collected for the exclusive use of our affiliate members. From these resumes you can get an idea of our students' qualifications and availability, and may decide to contact some directly via e-mail (particularly if you wish to set up an appointment during the affiliates meeting).
