These are exciting times at UW CSE: we continue to see explosive growth in student and employer demand for our program, we have been recognized nationally for our efforts to promote diversity in computing, and we are in the design phase of a second, state-of-the-art building to complement the Paul G. Allen Center for Computer Science & Engineering and accommodate our continued growth!

Please join us at our Open House on October 20th for an opportunity to tour our various labs throughout the Allen Center and discover what's new around the department. This popular annual event is a great opportunity to engage with CSE faculty and students, and to spend time with community and industry leaders – including many of our alumni – who support the University and CSE while enjoying some wine and hors d'oeuvres. You will also have your chance to vote for your favorite demos of the evening as we seek to recognize the student researchers who are pushing the boundaries of our field and applying innovation to real-world problems.

Don't miss your chance to interact with faculty and students from CSE's innovative, entrepreneurial research groups. A list of participating labs and demos is available here. Please check back often for updates!
