Room 122 in the Paul Allen Center for CSE
I first came to UW as an undergrad and spent four years here learning much about who I was and what excites me. During that time I became involved with student government and several student organizations. I lived in the dorms, met many of my closest friends, and explored the UW and Seattle.
I graduated in 2009 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Education, Learning, and Society and, like many people, promptly realized I didn't really know what to do next. I knew I loved education, so I decided to spend two years working in an elementary school. As much as I loved third grade, I couldn't stop thinking about higher education and how much I wanted to return to work at the UW. So I did. I received my M.Ed. in Education Policy from UW in 2012 and was lucky enough to join the CSE department soon after that.
I love working with current and prospective CSE students. There's so much to research, study, learn, and experience here that it can be overwhelming. I'm excited about helping undergraduate students navigate this university and discover what they're passionate about here at UW.
