Mineral Mountain Sunrise
North Cascades National Park

On the morning of the second day of a nine day trip into the rugged Picket
range, I snapped this shot of alpenglow on Mineral Mountain and Mt. Shuksan
(the more distant peak left of center). Dawn's flush light contrasts with
the cool blue of the foggy undercast which fills the lowly valleys.
