contextual inquiry
For this part of the project design, our team was to interview target customers using contextual inquiry. From the results of the contextual inquiries, we were to analyze new and existing tasks and the describe three tasks in moderate detail that participants will perform with our application.
Due to the sensitivity of our topic our interviews were conducted in private, safe settings. We relied heavily on role-playing and verbal walkthroughs to discuss anxiety. Our participants also showed us how they use the tools that they currently turn to in anxious situations.
