Allen School Professor Dan Grossman will give a brief update on the Allen School, and Professor Vikram Iyer will give a short talk about his research at the intersection of computing and the environment. His talk will highlight technologies like environmental sensors that fly in the wind like seeds and leaves, tiny insect-sized robots, and how we can use AI to both process this data and reduce the environmental harms of technology.
Light refreshments will be provided.
