AGENDA

Research presentations, posters and demos will occur on the first full day of our annual meeting - October 24th. Recruiting events are planned for Tuesday afternoon (for startups only) and Thursday, a longer session which is primarily devoted to medium and larger companies for the recruiting and interviewing of our graduate and undergraduate students. The entire meeting for all days will be held in the Paul G. Allen Center for Computer Science & Engineering.

Tuesday, October 23 - Recruiting Opportunities for startups - CURRENTLY FULL; WAIT LIST ONLY

This year's annual meeting with kick off with a talk by Sujal Patel, followed by recruiting activities for startup companies that are not participating in that recruiting session on Thursday.

Wednesday, October 24 - Research Overviews, Talks, Demonstrations, and Posters

The first full day will begin with a state-of-the-department overview that will include initiatives and research begun over the past year. The bulk of the day will consist research talks (in parallel tracks), a working lunch, time for industry feedback sessions, and will wrap up with a reception and lab tours with poster presentations and demonstrations. The day will allow our affiliates to meet many of our students at the talks and demonstration/poster sessions.

Thursday, October 25 - Recruiting Opportunities - CURRENTLY FULL; WAIT LIST ONLY

The second full day will be devoted to recruiting activities for all companies that are not startups and participating in that recruiting session on Tuesday. In addition to the main CSE Job Fair in Microsoft Atrium, we have reserved a few small interviewing rooms in the Paul G. Allen Center for members' use.
